In my coaching practice, I’ve recently made the conscious decision to focus on helping women in midlife—that’s women in their 30s, 40s and 50’s.
I’ve made this choice for a few reasons:
1) this is the life stage I'm currently navigating and I understand the challenges first hand;
2)most of the clients I’ve worked with over the years have identified as “women in midlife”, and thus where most of my professional experience is;
3) it’s where I feel I can make the greatest impact at this time.
That said, if you identify differently and are still interested in my services, my calendar is always open and I welcome the opportunity to chat with you about your goals and whether we’re a good match to work together.

Sustainable weight loss is a long game and at HolisticNiss quick fix solutions aren’t on the menu.
Our first priority is getting crystal clear on where you are now and where you want to be, and building a solid foundation of positive habits to help you get there.
Weight loss may be a part of your coaching journey but it is not guaranteed.
Individual weight loss will depend on genetic and environmental factors, current body weight, life stage, current habits and behaviours, health conditions, and willingness and ability to make changes.
The ultimate purpose of Holistic Health & Well-Being Coaching is to facilitate habit and behaviour change over the long haul, through a mindful approach to self-care, including the way you nourish and move your body, the way you manage stress, your sleep hygiene, and so much more.
