We'll discuss your eating habits and how they may or may not be supporting your overall goals and you'll learn strategies for building a balanced meal, meal planning and mindful eating.

Mindfulness & Self-Reflection

You'll deepen your self-awareness and self-knowledge through mindful reflection and a daily journaling practice. You'll get journal prompts and exercises to complete between sessions.

Routines & Schedules

You'll evaluate and assess how you spend your time currently and will be challenged to make time in your daily routine for health promoting habits to help you reach your goals.

behaviours & habits

We'll explore your lifestyle, habits and behaviours and how it's affecting you. You'll get effective strategies to support you where you need it most (i.e. movement, sleep hygiene, stress management, etc…).
