I’m Nissrine

Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) and Certified NLP Practitioner with a Master’s in Health Coaching & Neuro Linguistic Programming.

I empower you to cultivate health-supporting habits in areas such as nourishment, physical movement, sleep hygiene, stress management and holistic self-care.

Through compassionate coaching, I support you in shifting your attitudes, overcoming limiting beliefs, adopting a positive mindset, and developing a greater sense of self-awareness, so you can live in alignment with who you want to be and how you want to feel.

  • We’ll identify the limiting beliefs and mindset blocks that hold you back and prevent you from making progress and uncover the empowering beliefs and attitudes to replace them with.

  • We'll discuss your eating habits and how they may or may not be supporting your overall goals and you'll learn strategies for building a balanced meal, meal planning and mindful eating.

  • You'll deepen your self-awareness and self-knowledge through mindful reflection and a daily journaling practice. You'll receive journal prompts to complete between sessions.

  • You'll evaluate and assess how you spend your time currently and will be challenged to make time in your daily routine for health promoting habits to help you reach your goals.

  • We'll explore your lifestyle and habits and how they are affecting you. You'll get effective strategies to support you where you need it most (i.e. movement, sleep hygiene, stress management).

  • You'll develop a greater self-love by cultivating a deeper understanding of your needs emotions. You’ll work on recognizing your self-worth and boosting your self-esteem.
